You & Your Shadow ~ Finding, Loving, and Incorporating All the Parts of You.

We all have parts of ourselves that we don't like to look at. That's why we keep them in the shadows. 

But did you realize that if you can bring those parts into the light, you can heal them? 

Our first step is to admit that these parts of us exist. Then we can come to terms with them. Only after these parts have been seen can we bring them into our awareness and our hearts to be healed. This is what Shadow Work is all about.

When we bring the shadow into the light, we can incorporate that part of us into the rest of us. We can love all of the parts of ourselves, and that is what healing is all about. That is wholeness!

This is a four-hour program taking place in the lovely Illumination Center in Mansfield MA. Here you'll be surrounded by love and gently lead into the uncomfortable parts of yourself and your own darkness with love, support, and kindness. There's no judgment here! You get to be who you are, completely.
